"This is one of the RUDEST transportation places I have EVER encountered! The kids are getting picked up in a terrible place and non of them seem to care! I tried calling and spoke with Dianna and Shelly who were both EXTREMELY rude! The bus driver Larry, said that he was doing the kids a favor by picking them up in a safe space and the don’t deserve to be picked up in that safe space anymore! Don’t worry I will be taking this to each platform I can until something is done about this!"
"Person in charge of bus discipline constantly makes comments to my grandson. Like he is trying to provoke an incident while driving bus. Trying to lure me out into an altercation. He may have just succeeded."
"The kids bus stop for middle school is in the dispensary parking lot on 63rd. There has been numerous times where my child feels unsafe and I have had to leave work or be late to take them to school. Due to some sketchy looking people hanging around the dispensary parking lot."
"If there was a way to put no start the one star wouldn’t be up there they are rude disrespectful on the phone had my son everyday outside for 45 minutes waiting on a bus sometimes would be forgotten I have been hung up on multiple times told I should drive my child to school if I didn’t work from 4 am to 4 pm he would not be a bus rider I even asked for corporate number and was hun up on called back and the manager keep hanging up so unprofessional maybe yhall need a new manager since this one can’t do her job correctly"
"Absolutely the worst transportation service I have ever dealt with. It's a shame that they don't have to answer to these reviews and/or care for that matter. Responsibility comes from the top and their supervisor is absolutely horrible. She doesn't care about your kid or your tax dollars"
