"Used for birthday party and it was the worst experience i ever had."
"Me and my daughter loved the pony rides at the pumpkin patch in Sand Springs the owner and helpers where very kind to my daughter and gave her a better experience riding on the ponies considering at first she was terrified but with the owners help and kindness my daughter learned to love it so much she wanted to keep riding they took her around I believe 5 times and she kept sayin I wanna go again. I 100% recommend there services the helpers and owners did an amazing job at giving the kids and adults a positive experience in a time where theres been alot of negativity this year. Thank you Dream Catcher Pony party for doing such an amazing job."
"I have used services of Dreamcatcher and have nothing but great memories. They are very professional and courteous and they make sure all kids enjoy their rides and give parents plenty of time to take photos and let kids pet ponies and no rushing through. Minimum of at least 5 times around arena and plenty of room for grownups walking beside ponies to circle arena with their kids. They are very efficient and professional at large parties and always a big hit with both kids and parents. 5 star rating is what I give them."
"A+++ friendly people, easy to deal with. Great idea for a birthday party. Your kids will love it."
"I would rate it -5 Star if I could. We just had the most horrible experience.. we attended the Halloween festival at The Assembly in Broken Arrow. Dream Catcher Pony Parties was there, so our Family decided to take a ride. Little did I know, it was going to end up traumatizing my 7 year old son! I was helping my 2 year old ride his pony, and my teenage son was helping my 7 year old. The older gentleman ran up to my son, while on the horse, and screamed at him to, “ STOP KICKING THE HORSE!!” (He wasn’t kicking the horse, but the younger lady that was also working DID trip on the horses right hoof). He continued to yell at him, using a very intimidating voice at my 7 year old to stop kicking the horse. He literally yelled at him to stop over 6 times. Not once had my son moved, since the altercation started. From behind the chaos, I asked (loudy) “what is going on?? Is everything ok?? Why are you yelling??” He ignored me, and continued to yell at my son, repeatedly saying the same thing. THEN, he shoves my teen out of the way... GRABS my 7 year old... sets him down, and pushed him up against the fence: then holds him there; and turns to him to start probably yelling or something else horrible!!! I ran over and put my body in between my son and this gigantic mean man, and asked him not to touch or yell my children. Each child is Accompanied by someone to assist him, so the nasty yelling; over and over, and the physical altercation was not necessary!! Very scary experience. Ride at your own risk! When we went to a Halloween festival, we didn’t expect to actually run into any actual monsters. Thanks to the church, and the local police department, we were able to file a police report. I really hope this company will be careful in the future about who they hire and have around children."
