"Found a couple of cute things but their prices are ridiculous! I found a cute bag there, exact same bag was cheaper & new on Amazon. I bought some camo spandex, again more than new. I'll just skip the drive & buy on Amazon until their prices come down. Why would anyone buy used for same or more as you can brand new?"
"Beautiful consignment shop with high quality items. The sales ladies seemed very knowledgeable and there was a wide range of price points and products from retailers like Talbots to designer Ferragamo heels. Racks are arranged by size and color and the shop has a very nice layout. Men and women’s clothing in separate but connected storefronts. It’s neat and clean with dressing rooms and a restroom available for public use. Security on premises and the area felt safe. Much higher price point than a typical thrift or vintage store, but there are some really unique finds in great condition. If you are interested in selling items on consignment, you must fill out a form on the website. I’ll definitely be back to treasure hunt!"
"This business is not LGBT friendly and you should avoid it. My girlfriend and I were browsing and had been trying things on when an employee told us that our voices were "too deep" and directed us to using the dressing rooms on the men's side of the store so as to "not frighten the ladies." There were at most two other customers in the store at any point during our visit, so we would have been the majority of the ladies in question. I told him to have a nice day and we left. I have lived in Tulsa most of my life and this is the most insulting treatment I've ever received from a business. When my girlfriend went back in to have a word with the manager, he made no effort to apologize, much less set things right. This has left a bad taste in my mouth every day since, and I feel ashamed that this was among her first impressions of our city."
"I've shopped at Echo for at least 40 yrs. I've bought wedding dresses, clothes for cruises and most any event. I was a banker's wife & often needed a variety of clothing on hand. They have the best brands in excellent condition. I bet I've bought a dozen pairs of boots in the couple of years. Several coats & vest, too. Even if you can afford expensive clothing stores, it is easier to find the best of those stores for so much less!"
"I stopped by to inquire about consigning with Echo. The woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. She handed me a business card and said, "We really wish people would just get on the website and figure out how this works beforehand." I wasn't sure how to respond. She told me they were at least 2 months out on appointments, and it really just seemed like she was discouraging me from consigning with them. I obviously will be taking my dresses elsewhere. If the staff is that unhelpful to consignors, I would hate to see how they treat customers! I doubt my clothes would ever sell with that kind of sales representative."
