"Lawton Va Urgent is horrible. They literally think because your vital signs check out normal, that nothing is wrong. The urgent care doctors, listen but do not hear a word your telling them about how your feeling. Lawton VA Urgent is going to get someone killed. The Doctors are incompetent and treat the patient poorly. Why have Urgent care if the Doctors refused to to look deeper into the issues that brought there for help. Will be filing a Congressional on them."

"Nice and remodeled building, lots of parking. It’s a bit congested when you get inside, if your new to the VA you may need to ask for help on where to go. Other than that, Docs seem to actually care about the patients (from my experience so far)"

"There is no reason anyone should be waiting 3+ months to get seen for something thats “ urgent “ ! To top it all off i waited 3 MONTHS to get in when a podiatrist and got canceled on the day BEFORE ! And my appointment was pushed to feb 7th . Like m dentist appointment is march the 13th and i made the appointment in sep?"

"Waited for a month and a half for a dental appointment for my spouse. Took a half day at work just for them to call me 30 minutes before our appointment to let us know that they need to reschedule the appointment and have to wait for another 90 days for the next available appointment. I asked why and was told because 1 of the 3 dentists on site had an emergency. I asked why the other 2 dentists can't accommodate our appointment, I was told that my only option is to reschedule or cancel. Unbelievable. There's some really good staff in this location but there are some who just don't care at all. I guess their emergency is more important than the Veterans needs. And what aggravated me the most is the lady who called never apologized for the situation and acted like we are asking for a wellfare service."
