"I had an appointment last week and I've had to contact them three times since then. After waiting a couple of days I had to call the first time to see when they were going to fax my prescriptions. The second time was because they forgot one of my prescriptions. And the third time was because they only faxed one month's worth when it was supposed to be for 12 months. It took me 6 months of waiting to get this appointment for an annual exam, only to get faxed one months worth of birth control. I've been coming to Melton for 17 years now. I've followed them from location to location. Seeing both him and Carly. They're both great doctors. But there seems to be a lack of communication at this office. On the phone I tried explaining to Brittany what Carly said about having a 12 month supply of BC but she insisted it was only for ONE month. When it was told to me (and has always been a years worth). When I asked her if there was a way I could talk to Carly, she got rude and said no. I shouldn't have to call every month to have another month's worth faxed. Especially when it should have been faxed right the first time. My 4 stars are because the doctors are great. But all the mess ups with my prescriptions has definitely made this experience a negative one."
