"This is one of the Mazzio's locations that has a buffet that is available from 11:30 to 1:30 M-F. It's also available on Tuesdays for dinner. There's a lot of room in this Mazzio's location so it would be a great place for a large group."
"Basic pizza - not bad. Salad bar - meager and frayed but acceptable for the price. Restaurant atmosphere: The 101st St & Sheridan location opened in 1990 after a liquor store closed. It still has the original wall decorations (or what remains of them) and the original paint. This place is long overdue for a complete renovation down to the wall studs, ceiling joists and concrete slab. Hopefully a work-over would rid the place of the moldy, stale aroma. It’s not pleasant place to dine."
"Mazzio's as a pizzeria offers one of the best pizza sauces around. This 'eatery' is decorated with antiques on the walls. A soft drink bar let's guests with pitched drinks refill at will, and the pizza/salad/select desert buffet ensures you'll get plenty to eat (time to revisit my diet!). Cheery staff and clean facilities (all the areas I went to). Would be happy to dine here again."
