"Food truck out behind Heirloom Rustic Ales....went with the Glazer which had prosciutto and balsamic on it...the pizza was ok....the crust wasn't nearly as crispy as it should have been for a woodfired pizza.. a bit soggy actually...too much olive oil I think. Folks were super friendly and helpful...."

"This place is by far my favorite pizza joint probably in the this side of the US. PIZZA AND INGREDIENTS ARE ALWAYS FRESH AND AMAZING. I usually finish a pizza by myself no problem. I look forward to grabbing a pizza once weekly from these awesome humans. Staff is always smiling friendly and service a super speedy. Hope Sunday y’all are brick and mortar. Until then I’ll see you at the truck next week."
