"Ordered a beverage on the app, and checked in when I arrived. We were the only car. App and order screen indicated order was in process. One additional car showed up, followed by a second car. Order screen stated {employee name} was on his way. No one came out. A few minutes later, an employee came out to deliver to the car that arrived after us, then returned to the building. A few more minutes went by and we pressed the order button. Explained the situation and was told the order would be right out. Sure enough, here it comes. Employee said they didn't realize we were already here (even though we entered our information upon arrival, and were the only car there at the time)."

"Great customer service! Onion rings doughy, gummy. Ice cream has lost quality, used to be tastier quality. Store appears like at one time it used to be a great family outing. Miss what it used to be. But the staff are loyal hard workers!"

"Fast, friendly and my chili cheese dogs were goood Ordered on line, had the bacon on bacon dbl cheeseburger and a blue raspberry slush. Ready on time and delicious! My last order was a little bit slow, and my tots were not only barely warm, but the ones on top were salty, Yuk. I don't do salty. So earlier tonight I ordered the new pickle burger and pickle fries....the pickle fries are phenomenal! Burger could have used a few more of the crinkle cut pickles, but overall delicious! Still good and getting better with service If that is a medium order of chili cheese tots.......glad I didn't pay $3.29? for them. Ordered online, then had to wait over 20 minutes for that! This was my favorite location, not so sure now. So I ordered the chili cheese tots again.,.. very good and the carhop was so sweet, even when I put the wrong stall # in. I'll reorder from here again Not too crazy about the Frito burrito, hardly anything inside it and you can't customize if you do 2/$5."
