"I started seeing Jerry Braziel right after Enid Custom Care opened. Of course, I was ridiculously sick and my "primary care provider" couldn't get me in for an appointment for 3 days. I called on a whim and the staff was able to get me a same day appointment. The front desk staff was helpful and knew how to do their job. The nurse called me into the exam room and took my vitals listened to my long list of ailments and Jerry trailed in shortly after her. He listened and spent time finding out what my symptoms were.... That was the first visit. Today was my 3rd (I'm not typically a regular in the doctor's office). Today, I almost cried. For the first time in my adult life I felt like my healthcare provider actually cared. I have been struggling with some health issues for a few months and haven't been able to seem to be able to make a plan. Jerry listened. He asked questions and came up with a course of action. If your family needs a provider who you can ACTUALLY talk to who will listen to what you want and NEED. This clinic is where you need to be. Everyone is personable, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Check them out. They run a clinic that actually cares about their patient's wellbeing."
