"Product was faulty, they have policy stating no refunds no exchanges but the employee said she would write our name down and shouldn’t be a issue if product didn’t work properly! Product was completely dead. She did start charging it but after bout 10 mins still charging and wouldn’t come on yet she said just charge it completely and we would be fine NOPE!!!! Well after going back and forth with mgr. etc. we just basically wasted our money! And nothing was done to help us! The employee was at fault she wasn’t suppose to sell us the product without showing us that it worked properly mgr. said that was policy but even with that it was just have a nice day and thanks for the money. We will not go back and will make sure people know bout this"
