"The staff is never aware of the orders, there is always an error in the order and they never have a good service. The manager spends a good time talking to the workers and they do not pay attention. They are annoyed if they ask them for something extra as if that was not their job. It is horrible. They have orders with specific instructions AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEM. The box of fries wasn’t even complete and the hamburger didn’t have bacon!"

"I was asked to wait in drive-thru #1. Waited 40+ minutes and then after complaining they brought out an order that was completely wrong. Lady bringing it out was very kind so I just left, don't have time to cause a stink and hate being that person!"

"I live not even a mile away, so I'm here fairly often. The food is usually what you expect, but the employees!!! Every teenager they have working there looks like they would rather bash their head in than even pretend to like their job. Management, why do you keep allowing this? Tonight, the girl on drive through speaker let 2 other cars go in the other lane while it was DEAD. When I saw her inside? Face stuffed full of food, and the guy who handed me my order acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I'm a waitress! I know you don't love your job, but seriously, dude, this is ridiculous. It's been like this for at least 2 years. It was my last option for the night is the only reason I ever go her after... I'd say maybe 7? Day shift is way more pleasant"

"If you're gonna go to McDonald's this is a nice one. Appreciate the friendly, hard working staff, nice kids area, and even live music! You can tell they care. Only complaint is its really cold in the kids area."

"Whenever I go to this McDonald's, I seldom get my order right. Just last night, we ordered 2 Big Mac meals and a chicken sandwich meal only to get a Big Mac meal, a chicken sandwich meal, and a 10-piece nugget. Then, without fail, something in our order is always cold... ALWAYS, without fail."
