"$5.04 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Inflation ? Hardly..greed in a small town! Why? I had one with a coffee a few weeks ago in Tulsa for $4 and change. McDonald’s needs to get consistency on pricing! Won’t be back."

"First of all I sat at the speaker for at least 5 minutes before anyone greeted me and I was the only car there. The young man on the speaker was very rude and rushed me. I then paid and was told to pull up to wait for my order. I received my bag from the same young man who was rude yet again. I then checked my bag and noticed that both orders of fries were in there and I received both drinks so I assumed the sandwiches were in there as well… I was wrong, very poor service. I have lived in Coweta my whole life but I will now be driving into Broken Arrow if I ever crave McDonald’s."

"The female supervisor has a really bad attitude! I wasn’t given a receipt when I ordered from the drive thru!! I came back because they put onions and mustard on my burger when I specifically told them no onions no mustard. I brought it back and she ask for my receipt but I didn’t get one and then all she wanted to do was argue with me that how does she know I went to this McDonald’s and not another one. She would not give me another cheeseburger even though I brought it back. I had to throw it away cause I couldn’t eat it. that was such a waste of money. Please fire this woman she so nasty and rude to so many of us. I can’t come here again because of how she treated me."

"I made a mistake using the app went to wrong location. The manager from the location i went to called to see what i could do to fix my mistake or cancel the order so i wouldnt be charged the lady on the phone asked for my order number and i had to open the app and locate it so she hung up on me and quit answering the phone for myself and Penny of the catoosa Mcdonalds. A little later I called and asked for the General Managers name and the women would not give it to me until I said that I have a right as a consumer to know the name of the person who runs this store so I can one tell corporate when I call and make a complaint and two I need to know cause I'm personally going to come and speak to her about this situation and I need to know the name of the person I need to be asking to speak to. Then I asked for her name and the lady refused and said I didn't need to know that and hung up on me and then wouldn't answer. This happened at 2 today. Twenty min ago. I'm going to find out this lady's name she hung up on me from a manager named Penny of Catoosa, in front of my son in our car and just acted disgusting. I can't believe Mcdonalds a family restaurant would hire a person of such demeanor i personally will not be going to this location again to be treated like that when I was nice, professional, and not rude"
