I began ordering at 6:45am., and it always takes ten min to get from McDonald's exit sign to work, & I somehow arrived @ 6:49am. To work. Now that's how you get customer satisfaction!!!"

"Our car broke down in Tulsa on our way home from my 98 yr old Dad's Dr appt and we were fortunate enough to pull into this McDonald's waiting for tow service which lasted for hours and the managers, Erma and Ashley , were so gracious in helping us and serving us. "Between the staff (who where incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful with big smiles) and atmosphere, I feel like I'm more at a cafe than a fast food restaurant. They have the self order stand in case there's a long line - very assuring to see they're working to be more efficient. Their decorations are very festive, I hope all of the seasons and holidays are this festive. Plus the food was great; they got my order right; and the customer service was experior to all but one other McDonald's where I have visited. If I was in corporate I'd give them an award."
