"After seeing a chiropractor in Chicago years ago that didn’t work out, I was skeptical when another doctor recommended I visit Dr. MakesCry. I am so glad I did! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain where the work needs to be done. Getting my neck cracked still kind of freaks me out, but Dr. MakesCry is very understanding, patient, and always puts me at ease. Carrie and Zandy are also great. Highly recommend! Edited to add that in the following year I have attempted to make appointments twice. The first attempt I was put on hold and forgotten about completely. The second I was told that there were NO appointments available after 3:30pm “at this time.” I find that a little ridiculous and hard to believe. Ever?? I was totally brushed off. It’s a bummer bc I really do like Dr. MakesCry’s work. Guess I’ll have to find someone else. They also still do not have a massage therapist."
