"I am so thankful for Dr Jimmy Smart! I recently had a retinal detachment and he was able to see me on emergency notice. He contacted a team of specialists out of Edmond for surgery and was able to negotiate emergency surgery the for the next day! Long and short of it, the surgery saved 95% of my vision in that eye! Just got my glasses last Friday and am so happy that I CAN SEE again! The personal service, the care for the individual, the way they explained everything and helped me understand, everything about my experience with the staff at Weatherford Eyecare Center - and especially Dr Smart - are absolutely top tier! 100% recommend!"

"The one star is for their customer service!!! We keep going just because we like doctor Smart, but so far I have not had the best experience with the office people a year ago they couldn’t get a bill straight for me and it took me going to the office to talk to them and now I called yesterday to ask about their closing time since I had to go pick up some contacts for my daughter and I knew I couldn’t go the next day because they closed at 1and I work outside of town. I asked a question to the person who answered the phone and she asked me for my daughter’s DOB and put me on hold , a 21 MINUTE HOLD while I was driving to get the contacts. I didn’t hang up to see if I would still be on hold until I got to the office and indeed I did !!!!! At first the lady in the front desk just didn’t acknowledge the fact that I told her how long I had been on hold, but after bringing in my contacts she apologized and I told her what had happened. I wonder at times if the doctors know how the office staff performs, I know is hard dealing with customers, but that’s the job they chose. Other than the office ,, the doctors here are great !!!!"
