"I ordered the green wet burrito with Al Pastor carne and it is delicious, packed with meat. The retried beans are smooth & creamy, fluffy rice and the homemade pickled carrots & peppers go perfectly. I will be coming back, for sure."
"We love this place. Quick and flavorful. Best enchiladas around!!"
"Authentic Mexican restaurant the food was excellent. It took me back to my younger days. I enjoyed it. People were friendly, and I would recommend."
"Not TexMex, OkieMex and not pretentious CaliMex. It is a version of traditional Mexican food nicely seasoned, but not spicy. The portions are generous, the food is fair quality, the salsas are mild with pleasant flavors, but little fire. No Table service, order and pick up at the counter. Chips extra $. Here is the critical deficiency, cold food. The big platters of food are served on paper plates. The food is available on the counter, when they call your order up. At that point the food is reasonably warm. Set the thin paper plates on the cool table and within minutes you are eating the equivalent of room temperature left overs. The food quickly loses its appeal. It makes you appreciate that ubiquitous Mexican restaurant servers warning, “Plates are Hot!” We had the Mole con Pollo and a Burrito Mojado (Al Pastor with salsa verde). The Mole con Pollo was two big drumsticks liberally smothered with a delicious mole. The Burrito Mojado was packed and covered with green sauce. Unfortunately, the flavors of the al pastor faded as the temperature dropped. Beans and rice, only warm, quickly cooled to room temperature. The meals would have been much more pleasing if they had been served very hot and on a hot platter. I don’t recommend the restaurant. There are better options scattered in the Little Mexico part of Tulsa. "I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my husband had the birria tacos. His tacos were great. I ended up eating a couple and he ate my shrimp cocktail. I didn’t care at all for it. It tasted like it was watered down tomato sauce it was in. I loved the vintage swag lamps they had."
