"It was a decent idea to assist in picking up medication. However, when you still have to go to RACH for a new prescription then it becomes useless. Very little to no privacy when called up to the counter, looks like a prison cell."

"I have been to many duty stations and RACH has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Their techs seriously need people interaction skills. Or better training. A lot of them are terribly rude no matter how nice I am to them."
