"I was having a bad day, I ordered 2 can dine, I didn’t notice that the coupon was 2 classic rb. I went back to the drive through with a horrible attitude. However the manager Tom kept his composure and explained to me the coupon details and also made my food fresh and brought it to me with professionalism and a great attitude. I appreciate managers like him who deal with customers with the attitude I had. I apologized and I’m using integrity to leave this review because this man deserves recognition and a raise! I sincerely apologize and thank Arby’s for employing someone who has empathy and compassion while being professional."

"I had an incredibly unpleasant visit, bordering on rude. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up through the drive through. I was told to wait until it was ready and go inside, but when I tried asking if I could go through the drive through I was left hanging and given very terse and unhelpful answers with excuses, then left with no response. Twice. Picking up my food was no better, with the lady barely looking at me and walking away without checking if I had what I needed."

"Normally I would not leave a review for a chain restaurant such as Arby's unless the service was much less than desirable or beyond exceptional. This is a case beyond exceptional. Right away I noticed that it has been updated, and is very clean. The reason I'm actually writing this review is because when I walked in the door, I immediately noticed a gentleman at the register who has special needs. Anytime I walk into a business who has special needs friends on the front line doing a job, i immediately gained tremendous amounts of respect for that business, and I go straight to the line of my new special needs friend. It's truly makes my heart Happy when businesses see value and other humans that other people may push aside. I have been involved with special Olympics in the past as well as worked with several autistic students as I am a music teacher and I am here to tell you that lots of our special needs friends are some of the very neediest and remarkable people you could ever meet. Thank you Arby's for brightening people's day whether it's me behind the counter or in front of the counter. All smiles here thanks."
