"Stop telling people to pull up to the front and then forget to bring frappes out. This is the 3rd time this location has done this to me. I have to get out of my car after waiting 10 mins, 20 cars already passed by so i go inside and my frappe is just sitting there melting in the counter. Every single time i order a frappe they ask me to pull to the side, if i tell them i prefer not to move up to the front because they forget about my order, they look at me all crazy and it’s no longer can i, it’s more of i have to. Very unpleasant experience. Please do something about this and have a better system."

"The older guy working the drive through ( he always wears gloves and a mask) wanted to argue with me as to the price of the big breakfast. I was charged 5.49 plus the tax. The price was clearly tagged 4.99. false advertisement at its finest. They would not adjust the price and I was told there was nothing they could to honor the listed price. In fact I was rudely told, not just told! I was argued with like it was a huge deal. It actually wasn't a huge deal until they were total jerkfaces to me! They obviously don't care about repeat customers. I won't be coming here ever again after today. I'm done. Honor your prices or change your damn sign!"

"How are you guys charging full price and not filling up the cup? Is someone taking a drink before I get this? How does this happen and no one fixes the problem before it is handed to customers?"

"The biggest issue i have with this place is the speed in which the drive through goes. You have fast times where its 5 minutes. Then you have nights like tonight with four cars in front of you and ive spent 35 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous why do you have two order boxes if your one window takes five hours to get food out 50% of the time. I usually never have an issue with quality it's just speed. Like the staff is friendly. The food is usually good, considering its fast. The speed of which the drive through takes. I have an issue with."
