"They should get 0 stars for making a 100% Disabled Veteran, who Showed up seven minutes late to the Cherokee Clinic due to a farmer hauling cattle and was told that " I Must Reschedule ",even though THEY were running behind already. But it's ok to make me come in 15 minutes early ; and sit in the waiting room for over 45 minutes, and then call me back to get my vitals and then have to wait another 20-30 mins in a exam room to actually be seen by the Dr. I have been waiting months for referrals to specialists for CT /MRI scans and they have yet to get them faxed to the V.A. ( Isn't it soo, nice the way they treat Veterans? ) I will be looking for a new provider else where! And I will be speaking to my Legislators about my treatment and possible reduction in Government Funding to this clinic for the way they treat Veterans"
