"i paid almost $14 for a combo that i thought was well deserved, drove off from drive thru and my side wasn't in the order. my fish was cold and so hard. it wasn't worth for me to go from my work to complained, i called several times and never answer. will never go back again to this place."

"absolutely worst service EVER!!! Husband and I got there at 10:30 when it said online the time they open, all doors locked. Seen employee going in and asked her what time they open and she laughed and said online says 10:30 but that so we know when to get to work but we usually open around 11-11:05. We waited till 11:15, doors still locked then husband knocked on door while looking at employee through window and she rudely waves her hands and says theyre not opening. Entire staff was of color and would let customers of color order through drive through. I am by no means saying anything racial but that behavior from a business is absolutely unacceptable. Money is money and a customer is a customer."

"Horrible service just ordered $33 worth of food on DoorDash. They didn’t send me any tartar sauce that was on my receipt. You can come pick it up. She was yelling at employees telling them that she was on the phone and when I asked for a refund because basically why would I want this food with out everything I ordered? I prefer not to order online because of this and never will again. If it doesn’t have everything that I want it that ruins your meal very unprofessional when I asked for the corporate number she said she was busy and couldn’t give it to me. She claimed her name was Marie. And said she was the manager. I have a hunch she lied. Lets me also mention when I started eating my coleslaw there was a hair in it. Attitude definitely match’s service. I hope that Marie can learn to treat her employees with respect and dignity and maybe there would be better service. Sara"

"This location is not staffed enough to have an open dining room, drive thru only. ( Time of this review) Food was very salty and definitely could tell the oil had not been changed in awhile. Received the entire order just not all in the correct meal boxes so it was hunt and peck. Now for the staff. Upon pulling up to the window we clearly see and hear a lady yelling at someone and shooting them with a squirt bottle because the window was open. No greeting, no anything, she just stared at us until the food was put in front of her and asked for our money and did we want any sauce. Definitely seemed annoyed with us catching her messing around and wanted us gone. This is the only location in my city and 9 miles from my home. Very disappointed. I'm sure the reason why this franchise is dying is for the reasons in my review. Good bye Long John's. Back in the day y'all were the bomb now it's just a bomb. Good luck"

"I had one star ready, but the employees were great so they get stars added. 5 STARS FOR THE EMPLOYEES! -50 STARS FOR THE OWNERS! THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY SWEET! THEY WERE BUSY AND BUSTING THEOR RUMPS, THEY ARE AWESOME! NOW FOR THE OWNERS!!::: Very, VERY SAD. Ordered online then drove to go pick it up and the lobby is closed?! The line for the drive thru is around the whole restaurant. Waiting an hour in line for an order placed ahead is ridiculous. LJS is my favorite fast food and y'all are the last in Tulsa. The building is falling apart, there's always a skeleton crew. If you won't shut down then open another! Build this one up and pay workers more! Take pride in your business and work on it. Are you so financially comfortable that you'll let this place crumble to the ground?! I blame the owners. If you neglect your business then employees won't work well and customers will dislike you(the owners, not workers). Do better! Look at the reviews and ratings! You're failing and already losing what you have left! Shame on you owners! EMPLOYEES YOU ARE GREAT! I WISH YOU THE BEST! Y'ALL HAD SMILES EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE VERY BUSY! Picture for fun.
