Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"This was our first time visiting this Cane's location. Usually, we go through the drive-through, but this time, we ate in the chicken tasted extra fresh and good. My husband and I did not like the coleslaw and neither of us could eat it. Overall we enjoyed our food though."

"I came and they messed up my other so bad. Forgot the extra fries and canes sauce. And gave me the wrong drink. I noticed the drink immediately and parked got a new one. Then when I went to eat I realized they messed up my whole order. At this point I just wanted a refund and to get better food somewhere else. I go back in ask for a refund to with Mike B refuses to do and says this is what the GM would do and just gives me the missing parts of my meal. This took so long waiting on the line both times that my chicken was cold. So now I'm paying way too much for cold chicken because they can't do their jobs."

"Ordered 3 box combos. Told them no fries extra toast on all of them. They give me extra fries and no toast at all on all of them. You have the simplest menu and you still can't get anything correct. Why do we let these places make money off us by selling us what we don't want? Waste of money. You won't fool me twice. Never ordering here again."

"They seem to always skimp on the fries when you order a caniac. Asked if I could get a full order like I’d get with a box combo and they gave me less than I got last time. Idk if it’s on purpose or they just give you less and less while paying more. Guess you gotta increase those margins."

"They've slowly gotten worse over the last few years, we used to go once a week. Been months since we went, tried for lunch. Waited a while, but it was lunch rush and they were down to one window. Small thin dry tenders, sweet tea tasted like it was part cleaning solution, had to throw out."
