"Dr. Duffy may be a great doctor, but he might need to consider changing his office staff. Very rude phone skills. I am new to the area and had an ER incident and was told I needed to do a follow up and they recommended Dr. Duffy. I called this morning and his receptionist/scheduler made an appointment for three days out, then she asked for my primary care physician and I said I needed to establish with Dr. Duffy since I was new to the area. All of a sudden I have no appointment and he's not taking new patients. If that were the case, then the first question she should have asked was, "are you a patient of Dr. Duffy".
