"I order food on uber eats from This location and The food packaging is not sealed properly and needs to be taped up to prevent tampering. I don’t trust eating this food because it’s open to airborne contaminants. Why deliver food that is not packaged appropriately and open to the air? I called and they lied and said they placed stickers on it this is how it was delivered"

"I was waiting in line for 10 minutes to order a drink (I was at the speaker for the drive through). I called to find out if there was a problem…the woman who answered the phone was rude, simply said we are short-staffed and trying to get caught up. She made no apology for the delay. When I asked if I should wait, she said rudely, “if you want.” Everyone has a bad day, has to deal with issues, but have some sense of customer service. I won’t be back."

"It took us 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered on the app and waited at the stall for 10 minutes and no one came. We have to get out the car and check and was told the order wasn’t showing. After the staff checked again, they do have the order and receipt. Very badly managed store."

"I normally enjoy sonic iced coffees. Ordered an iced coffee in the drive thru today. Should've tasted it before I drove away, because it was vile. Like spoiled milk. I had to roll down the window and spit it out. Absolute waste of money. Huge danger."
