"Anyone trying to get in to Dr. Mann, who is a good physician and a very nice man, has to go through his receptionist, Ahna. It is nearly impossible to get in to see him because of her. Many people have the same complaint. It is very sad that the situation is like this."

He answered each of my questions without rushing throughout the whole process. He even drew me a diagram of the injury or ailment so I could further understand what was going on within my body.
