"I stopped in 1 min from close (google said 10pm, they close at 9) although I said not to worry since they were closing, Jennifer (Jenny D.) Insisted they would make my food. I ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely fantastic (thanks to Patricia in the back!). Will always come here for great food and service!"

"When ordering, I specifically said (became I have the pickiest teen in the world!) I wanted a bacon burger with lettuce only, no condiments, just bun, burger patty, bacon, and lettuce and a sweet tea no ice. The server says, "You want it plain?", so I repeated my request again, verbatim (since this is something we have to do every time we eat out), and she says ok. I finished ordering my food and drove up to the window, paid, and waited. From previous experience, I always check before driving off, and I'm glad I did. The tea had ice in it, and the burger didn't have any lettuce on it. So I had to get her attention to inform her it was incorrect. The server proceeded to argue with me, stating that o asked for a plain bacon burger and never said I didn't want ice. I calmly replied that SHE said plain, and I repeated the order to her. I have an extremely picky eater at home and this is a regular thing for us. So I know exactly what I ordered, because his request never changes. She then started speaking in Spanish to her other coworkers about what was going on, which isn't an issue under normal circumstances. But I found it disrespectful that it was done when discussing a customer (she gestured her head towards me when talking with her coworkers, which made me feel like she was talking about me). After a brief conversation with her coworkers, she then proceeded to correct my order and said she's a picky eater as well, so she understands. The order was fixed, almost (by this time, there's a line behind me), and I leave. The food was decent, not the best I've had from burgerstreet, I didn't receive my apple pie I ordered, but I would return."

"The staff here is excellent and always delivers a quality experience. Burgers are juicy and flavorful. Tater tots are hot and delicious. All around good meal. It seems recently a new policy has been added that you can't get refills anymore. This is disappointing as their tea is some of the best I've ever had."
