"App is completely broken and has been for some time. Went from Android to iPhone, problems followed me. Created a new account or tried to but got an error trying to do that. Oh well, food isn't very good anyway, probably doing me a favor by not fixing your app. UPDATE: To the staff, I have given my feedback, do what you will with it."

"I had to repeat my self many times and we made sure it was correct and they still give me the wrong food. I've been waiting 15 minutes now for them to answer the stall. I've watched 3 people go in the drive through and then leave with no food. As I'm writing this they finally bring me the food in the wrong size now! What an awful sonic I see why it's got 3 stars hopefully I can bring down the average a bit because they don't even deserve 3 stars the service is the worst."

"Carol needs better customer service skills... Food was cold, wrong order given, only restitution offered is if we drove back there on a time limited lunch break. You would think that since Carol has to work for a living she could appreciate those of us that also have to, and just want what we spent our hard earned money on. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!"

"tried this sonic location. had some training going on so a bit of a delay in ordering. Overall good experience happy to help train. my buddy got a#12 honey BBQ popcorn chicken, tator tots, and a Large chocolate coke. He says they are phenomenal. I order two corn dogs and a large cherry vanilla diet Dr Pepper. corndogs cooked to that nice crunchy level. taste great. Sadly out of mustard but that is okay."
