"Tried to stop in and use a gift card I received for Christmas... Why is the door locked at 8:30pm? Sign on the door and online both say inside is supposed to be open until 11pm, I know that's a fairly late time, but at 8:30 it's already locked? It seems like the goal is to eliminate dine in all together as it's easier and more profitable just to operate as a drive thru only. I would say do better, but sadly this is what we've come to expect from McDonald's."
"We didn't get 1 Happy Meal drink, the bun on the big Mac was in pieces and the meat patties were so thin light shown through. Also asked for sweet & sour sauce which we never got. The LG drink was 3 inches from top and didn't have ice in any of the 4 drinks. Fries were warm not hot for a busy location. We had a terrible lunch & won't be back."
"Went through drive through. I had a special order. They did a great job on that. We did get everything we ordered, fast and hot. The employees appeared to be in good moods although the store was busy. Good job McDonald's. Well done on that day"
