"Went on Thursday. Ordered kids meal..wanted to swap the fries for chili. Girl said yes. Turns out they can't substitute the chili. Asked for a refund. Was advised by Nathan that he "wasn't authorized" and I had to wait for Kim. Called Friday and left a voice-mail..it's Saturday and no call or refund. It's less than $6 but there are better places I would rather waste it"

"New store just opened. Still working the problems out. Too many staff but they were busy at 4 in afternoon. Too much meat, not enough lettuce, IMO. Food was fresh and hot and served up quick. Checkout was slow because staff is new, trying to figure out our coupons. AC about froze us out."
