"I DoorDash in this area quite a bit and every time I come to this Taco Bueno I am in disbelief of the service here. First, nobody is ever at the counter ready to help. And then every time, I am told they haven’t received the order yet. I pick up food all the time and this is the ONLY place that says they haven’t received the order yet. Then, I wait an absurd amount of time. Today I waited for 20 minutes for 1 drink and 1 mexi-dips and chips. That’s it! And there was not a single person in the store. Some had even came and gone while I was there. Today the “manager” is who finally came out to help me and after at least 20 minutes he asked me if I’d been helped yet. There seems to be only one person who can help anybody and I assume he is the manager. Who also, is very unprofessional in appearance and customer service. He is always wearing very baggy hoodies, pants and today his shoes were untied. Just not a good look for anyone working in customer service, much less the “manager.” While I was there today, a girl came in for an interview and on their way to sit down and he’s using curse words while talking to her. And then last thing I will mention is the enormous pot hold in the parking lot. I drove through there the other day and it’s so big that the bottom of my car where the drivers side door is, hit the concrete. I was sure it had put a dent in the frame of my car. This establishment needs some major reforming."

"I haven’t been to taco Bueno in such a long time because the last experience I had was extremely poor. I gave it a shot last night, as I was getting ready to order I was informed by the staff that they were out of taco meat. If they close at 10 PM, how come they cannot have more product available? Of course I tried calling this location and all I get is a busy signal. I definitely will not be coming back to taco Bueno at all. Very Pathetic!"

"The signs on the drive-thru speakers say they are open until 11. I think they are supposed to say they don't open until 11. Communication is key, especially when the door has different hours posted!"

"Ordered a beef mucho nacho no tomatoes.. instead I got a taco salad?? This location was also out of chicken and steak.. it’s not even late in the day. Ate the food anyway & it was cold."

"I can't even believe this place is still in business. I am the nicest guy when it comes to fast food. Never rush Always super sweet at the microphone always thank yous and appreciate yas. Whoever took my order had the audacity to tell me that I should have made the order in the lobby that it wasn't a drive-thru order. I ordered 10 crispy tacos. Staff here is rude it's fast food but even then their standards for customer service. If I'm the owner I'd spend a little more on hourly wages and higher quality employees over just fillers. There's no way that this location is profitable on a monthly basis. So you guys are either using it as a tax write-off loss at the end of the year because you own multiple businesses or you need to correct what's happening with the location before you guys go out of business. But that will be the last time I visit this location for sure I don't spend money with anyone who does not appreciate my business and neither should other patrons. Oh and they forgot to add cheese."
