"Night shift on 3/30/24 is GARBAGE. Nobody working in the restaurant, everyone was outside smoking cigarettes. I didn't even get my food! The manager was so rude it was insulting. The owner should overhaul this entire store. I'll never be back there."

"The whole experience was horrible. The workers were in the back just doing whatever they wanted to do. Cashier just rude. Took the payment without even giving me a receipt. Didn't even say anything about there was something wrong with the register. He just walked away and went back to play in the back with his friend. Nothing was right. Drink machine was down.. it was just terrible."

"The night crew is ghetto as it gets. They never do anything but smoke weed outside. If you’re lucky enough to catch them open late you’ll pay extra every item. Then they won’t give you a receipt. We call it the “ghetto tax.” We order two $9 meals every time. Comes out to like 20 during the day. It’s 25+ at night depending on how many kids the cashier has. They don’t wanna work so they’ll say “we’re closed.” As soon as you pull up. All through the night. They’ll ‘close’ at 1am or so and say that until about 4:30. I’ve never caught them working between 1 and 4am. The owner is wasting tons of money employing the nighttime bums."

"Everything was wonderful! The food was great, and the staff was amazing! They were very attentive and even checked on us at our table after we got our food to see if we needed anything. Admittedly I think they rely on the order terminals for most of their orders, as we did wait a couple minutes for someone to realize we were standing at the register even though we used the terminal ironically as you cannot pay in cash there, but aside from that, AWESOME!!"

"Food is great. The servers are extremely nice. Can’t really figure out why it takes so long at night, but it works still attracting people to eat here. Nice location near the hospitals, access to other places in town via main highway, and a main road, Utica Ave."
