"Passing by Altus and needed care. Wanted to check the reviews after I called. I think my gut feeling was right to stay away"

"Been waited nearly an hour in the waiting room for my appointment. No one else is in the waiting room. They are not busy. The office staff is hanging out chatting. I don't know if the nurse and Doctor are aware I'm even here."

"Have been a patient there for many years. Did walk in today and was told they have their limit so I have to come back at 5:00 even after I told them I was very sick and did not want to go home and get out again. I finally went elsewhere and received good care."

"THE nurse didn't wear gloves when taking my blood! That's ur first clue. Showed up for appointment 20 minutes early and waited for a total of one hour and 20 minutes. Staff was talking about patients in lobby behind glass in a derrogatory fashion. Receptionist kept leaving the lobby and texting on her cell phone. Finally, walked up and asked how much longer and she replied,"I don't know." I said I would like to reschedule and she walked out. As I'm leaving she comes back and says would u like to reschedule? I said wait there and I'll let you know.BTW THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE EMPLOYEES....NICE TRY GO ON THE MEDICAL REVIEW PAGE AND YOU WILL SEE ALL THE 1 STARS."
