KFC 8950 Northeast 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141

"We waited to order in drive through for almost 5 minutes. Was told to hold while they caught up their online orders. Once we ordered and finally got our food the fries were cold and they forgot to put one whole meal into the bag. Pulled around to go in and showed food and receipt they said okay and gave me a bag. I go out to the vehicle and noticed the side wasn't in the bag. I went back in and told them and was told yes they did. Went back out to the vehicle to get the now two bags of my order to let them see. That's when the employee tosses my side and its back toward me doesn't say a word and walks away. This isn't the first time I've had to go through this at this location but it just continues to happen and it continues to be rude whenever I ask for what I paid for"

"3 nights in a week, once inside, twice through drive through. Asked for pot pie was told all 3 times its a 25 MINUTE wait. The guy had no reason for the wait."

"This was probably my worst experience in fast food. I sat at the window for 10 minutes to receive fries that were terribly cold & stale. Biscuits were all tiny, hard & crunchy…as if they had been left in the heater all day. The black lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant though, she is the only reason this place deserved the 1 star it got from me."

"For some reason, I sat in line for 5+ minutes watching other vehicles drive off. Then, got to the speaker and was told they would get to me as quickly as possible. Have watched two more drive off and still waiting to order. I managed to sit and write this review while waiting AT the speaker waiting to order."
