"If you want churches chicken I recommended going to the north side. This location sucks. Every time I come here they get my order wrong or take forever. I’ve never been inside so I don’t know how good it is in there but don’t go to the drive through. They will wait until you order and pay to tell you they are out of spicy chicken. Food is edible at least but it’s never right"

"I'm not a Church's fan but I had a business meeting with a friend and he just had to eat at a chicken place so I ended up here. I had a chicken basket and I was surprised with the taste of the food. My experience with Church's was that their food tasted like the oil should of been changed a month ago but here the food tasted fresh and I actually enjoyed the food. It's not Macdonald's with the children's play ground but it's clean and the restroom worked. I would recommend it to anyone who loves chicken. I grew up on a cattle ranch where I had to eat chicken 6 days a week so I'm not a chicken fan but I would eat here again."

"Went in Friday morning to get 2 - 16 piece family meals for my team for lunch and was greeted on the phone by a very friendly woman who appreciated the heads up. When I went to pick up and officially place the order I believe I met the same woman I spoke with on the phone, and quite a few other team members. The entire 15 minutes I was in the building, they were extremely kind, and not to mention funny with other customers, and just overall pleasant. I wish I had gotten the lady who had served me's name, as she was very kind and patient with me as I made final descsions, and had to randomly add things last minute as I remembered them. Great location, and WONDERFUL team!!! Absolutely will be back! Also probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been inside of in quite a while, older furniture but nothing is sticky, and it has obviously been well cared for, with none in noticeable bad condition."

"I don't normally leave bad reviews. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. It took about 20 minutes from the time we arrived until we got our food. All the food was just warm. None of it was hot. I'm guessing they forgot about us until I walked into the store to inquire about the status of our order. When I got to the car and opened the bag, two of the side orders were dumped all over the bag. We will not be returning."

"My Husband and I decided to do a little experiment this evening attempting to compare and or rate spicy fried chicken venues. We decided to carry out and enjoy our meals at home. My Husband was sad to inform me that the window attendant at this Churches location was to busy facetiming upon a customer's phone to include our fried okra that we were charged for. On a lighter note, the spicy fried chicken was tender and seemed to be marinated with flavorful meat opposed to breading. The mashed potatoes and gravy was a bit salty but fresh. The coleslaw was sweet and tasty. Churches biscuits won out the night being delicious and flakey though on the small side. Would loved to have rated the fried okra however they did not include it in our order."
