"Took them 37 minutes to bring out my food that I ordered online before I even pulled up. Then the girl comes outside and drops half of my food. Took my whole hour break just to get it handled. Won't be back. I ordered 3 things."
"I normally don't post negative reviews. I have used this sonic multiple times and been very happy with their service. Today not so much. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and some tea. Tea was prompt. The sandwich, the one sandwich, took a bit to get it. I don't mind waiting. I had been there about 15 minutes. The car behind me left. I asked the server what took so long. Normal voice, just curious. She said that the pork takes a long time to cook. I get to work, there is a bun with BBQ sauce and very very little pork. What is there is not edible. Tried calling, no one answered the phone and no message was allowed either. I won't be going back to this location."
"Came for dinner tonight for my daughter's birthday. Service was fast. Food was great. Staff was super nice and friendly always asking if we needed anything while we dined at the picnic tables. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday extra special."
"This location's employees provide the best customer service of any of the Sonic locations that I've been to in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The beverages and food are decent food 3.5 stars and beverages 4.25 stars. If you're in Choctaw and want Sonic, I recommend giving this location a try. Update February 2024: Customer service remains the best in the area. They do a superb job communicating with their customers. During my last visit, the drive-thru was backed up and most of the stalls were occupied. The young man delivering my order apologized for the order taking about four minutes longer than I had requested via the mobile app. My visit was between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. The location appered to have plenty of staff, but several customers appeared to have the same idea I did the afternoon was nice to go and make a Sonic run. Pictures are of the backlogged drive-thru."
