"Just got back from ugly rain camping and wanted warm and a quiet place to relax. We found our new Saturday dinner Joeys Cafe!! It was lovely. Food was amazing. My son loved his bear pancakes and delicious eggs!! Loved the food was all made fresh and how I liked it. Thank you Joey's Cafe for our breakfast and see you next time!!!"
"Nice Cafe setting. Plenty of seating and even a breakfast bar. Great for when you want a breakfast food after other spots shut off at 11.00. Food is good. Biscuits and gravy is good. Coffee is good. Not fancy, but hits the spot."
"Today, the cook at the Edmond location was extremely slow. It took over 50 minutes for us to get our food. There were very few customers, so that should not have happened. That is atrocious. He must go! We have been to the location many times before December and never have had this problem. We come back in 2024 and its bad. Its no wonder that this location has no customers, no one wants to have to wait that long. Our server was fantastic, and tried to keep us informed and supplied with drinks. We may give Joey's another chance, but if its this bad again. Goodbye!"
"This is a great little cafe. I have breakfast there about once a week. The service is very good and the food is delicious (if you like a hearty, country breakfast). I like the clean, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend for breakfast. I haven't had lunch there yet. (Sorry about the photo. I had already eaten some of the chicken fried steak before thinking to take it.)"
"I am always sad inside when I don't give a local business a 5 star. My daughter and I came for a late breakfast. Our server was nice and refilled our drinks and checked back on us. The problem was....it was so much checking back that my daughter and I struggled being able to keep a conversation. -I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was dry and the bottom was heavily browned and hard. I had to get a butter knife to cut through the bottom. -The gravy was not a pretty white. It has a lighter, almost clear color to it. Enough to where I actually twirled my fork on it and questioned what it was made of. -The potatoes were good. They did need salt, but I don't mind adding that. -The fruit garnish looked nice and I wanted to eat my fruit. Except it was covered in gravy. So I didn't. -My daughter got 2 eggs and Belgium waffle. The waffle was just okay. It wasn't bad, but definitely not memorable. Her eggs were cooked well, but instead of being charged for the meal, the manager charged separately. I just happened to look at my receipt and notice. The server did fix it once I said something. Bottom line, I wouldn't eat here again. Cafe food, but not cafe prices."
