"Today November 23rd 2023, at 12:49 p.m., I ordered four items and three tater tots. I did not check the bag before I got home which is totally my fault, But when I got home I realized they had missed one item. So I called them back and was referred directly to the manager, who was extremely nice and pleasant, I told her what had happened and I live about 15 minutes away from this location and she remade the entire meal for me so that it would still be hot for my family when I got back home. This is what I call good service!!!! The only gripe that I have is not at all with any of the Sonic employees whatsoever. In fact, every employee I talk to in this process was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. The only gripe I have is that the portion sizes of these menu items have gotten completely ridiculous especially for the amount of money that we pay. Just as an example, I ordered one sausage egg and cheese croissant aka "Coissonic sandwich" And this sandwich was literally smaller than the palm of my hand. I asked the manager about this when I returned to pick up my new order she had made freshly, And I was told by her that unfortunately Sonic had changed the sizes of everything and they were now dictating the sizes of everything that they are allowed to make. Which I understand from a business standpoint, however if you pay $5 for a sandwich I think that sandwich needs to at least be the size of the palm of your hand, If not....a lot bigger. So today Sonic you get an A+ in my book for your customer service and especially for the manager on duty. However these portion sizes to price ratio is a ridiculous value in my opinion. So if the manager who helps me this morning reads this I hope You know that you made my day. And if anyone from Sonic is reading this I hope you guys know that I guarantee you I'm not the only one upset with your portion sizes."

"I order ched r bites and this is what I got. I order a bacon chez toaster it was dry , had the smallest onion ring and strips of bacon. Disappointed."

"My husband ordered the large popcorn chicken and his first batch come with barely any sauce at all. So he went & asked then to actually do it right & add the sauce to it. Then the manager argued saying this is what the give with the popcorn chicken, and went to take it inside to add more and dropped the food on the floor and so we waited for the new few just to have them give the new batch the exact same. Both my husband & I have worked at different sonic locations in the past, and THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE IT! We will not be coming back. The service & workers need to work on doing their job & not arguing with a customer. A manager should be adding to the business not causing issues & being lazy."

"On my lunch I stopped by to pick up lunch and disgustingly after eating most to all my food. I found a long dark hair in my food under the toast. Which is so nasty. I feel sick to my stomach and I most definitely will not be returning to this sonic. Which sucks since it’s so close to home and work. I’m really not happy and I hope this matter gets fixed as soon as possible please."
