"While I do appreciate employees with good retail experience, there was one girl in the store that made my shopping experience a bit uncomfortable. Kat, who was very helpful, treated my mother like a bother and kept pushing me to buy certain things that I’m not looking for. I’m an introvert that prefers to shop alone and not be bothered constantly or to be asked “what am I doing at the mall.” I used to work in a boutique, I made sure that everyone had a chance to breathe. If I wanted to buy a belt, I would. I don’t need you telling me what belt to buy when I didn’t ask. Thank you though for being thoughtful about the outfit I was buying but just be aware about who or what kind of person you are helping."

"It's hard to describe how awesome the customer services was from everyone. I can say, any guy that needs help figuring out what works, or wants great service, ask for David. Couldn't have been a better experience for our son. He's young, and really his first time buying non-Walmart clothes for himself, and really didn't know how to pick a style or size. David was extremely knowledgeable, but also patient and informative, making it extremely comfortable for our son, even though he only purchased 3 shirts and 3 pants out of probably more 15 different pairs of pants. But it wasn't just David, it seemed the entire staff wanted to help. They are definitely our "GoTo" going forward"

"I had the pleasure of Dallas assisting my daughter with purchasing new clothes for school. She’s in between sizes of a teen and young adult and we were struggling with inspiration and sizing. Dallas approached us with a big friendly smile and began suggesting different options and styling tips. At first we were unsure of the selection and being an introvert, I normally shop without assistance. By the time we were done shopping, I was ready to invite Dallas to our Thanksgiving feast. My daughter was fitted for jeans that fit her body perfectly! She looks amazing and cool and we succeed with all our wardrobe needs. Dallas is very talented and has better style than anyone else I know. We will definitely be seeking out his assistance in the near future."
