"It’s not like you expect 5 star service from a Taco Bell on the Southside, but man does this place set a new standard for low expectations! Every time I go it’s the same guy working the drive thru, not only can he barely enunciate his words through all his sarcastic attitude, but most the time he gets the order wrong anyway. Not to mention it’s always some crazy issue with this location, one time they told me they were out of beef, tortillas, and tomatoes. Save yourself the pain and suffering and venture to a different location."
"DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The food was absolutely disgusting. Spent almost $50 on food to get home and all of my food was either cold or tasted like they put rotten potato’s in it. The manager on duty was extremely rude and absolutely no help when I contacted them. The most frustrating part was I was asked to pull around and was given no explanation and when I asked the person working window laughed and shut the window. Very poor customer service and I will be recommending to everyone not to go to this location."
"i did some dashing tn and their line is super long so we called to see if someone could run it out so we can get them their food asap and they said they couldn’t send no one. someone was in the lobby cleaning . you can’t have them stop for 2 seconds to run the order out to us. been sitting in this line for 10 minutes"
"This Taco Bell is the worst most worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life! I ordered a nacho box and they gave me half of my fries and cheese that I think it’s been used. I asked for a drink and they didn’t even give me a straw. The straw you see in the picture is one of my straws."
