Blake's Barbecue

"03/20/24 at 6pm. I normally don't do reviews so here we go. We just moved into the area and we are always looking for a place to eat. We ordered on line today. I have to say I received the best customer service ever and the place was clean. Not everyone can make good BBQ but this place was delicious. If I could give 10 stars I would. I wanted to put the date and time cause I didn't get the employee's names so I wanted to make sure they get the patt on the back as the are so deserving. We will be back and possibly bring our church group."

"The staff is friendly and very helpful. The general manager was courteous and polite. I've had the pulled pork and chopped brisket sandwiches and I would give them both 5 stars. I did not care for the sides. The in house chips were ok, needed more seasoning. I'll be back."

"Second visit here.. still as good as the first. This is the first bbq restaurant I’ve been to where when I order chopped brisket sandwich there is 0% fat in it. I didn’t know that was even possible, wow extremely good sandwich with hefty size portions. The Mac and cheese is great also. Kids approved; cleaned their plates without hesitation in record time :). Both visits were equal in the level of service received. I didn’t catch his name but the young man taking orders and serving the food performs at a high level. Detail oriented and very helpful in assisting where he can. He even delivered our food to the table! We will definitely be back, this place is a hidden gem. If you haven’t been yet I highly recommend giving it a try. You will be glad you did!"

"Excellent BBQ and the portions were huge. Got the sliced brisket with sides of okra and cheese potatoes. The plate came with pickles, onions and a Texas toast. They also had two types of BBQ sauces on the tables, one mild and one spicy. Cashier/waitress was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Inside was nicely lit, clean, roomy, and they had a big HD tv with sports on. The brisket was tender and tasty. I mixed the two sauces spicy and mild to combine a sauce of my own liking to dip the brisket slices. I also made a brisket sandwich with the Texas toast. Cheese potatoes we’re filling and had the right combination of cheese to potatoes. The okra was also nice. For dessert I got the banana pudding and boy was it good. Overall great place for enjoying BBQ"

"Best little BBQ near Tinker AFB. Food is always great. Plus, they just expanded to have more indoor seating. The fried pies are great also. Opens early enough to watch the OU games on Saturday."
