"I ordered a Jr Deluxe Burger. Ordinarily it comes with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. Tonight it came with pickles and mustard. I only asked for no cheese and no ketchup. I do not understand why everything else was deleted."

"1/14/2024 specific; before 10pm: They are closed, but it does not look closed. The lights are on inside and outside, the music is on, and the order screen is on (you can see it from the windows next to the doors the carhops go through). No one is answering the button. The doors are locked (just did a little tug to check if they were closed or not, not intending on trespassing), and no one is in the kitchen. Save yourself the trouble and don't order on the app (like I did...sigh) or go to the location. I went 2 hours ago and just thought to make this review, but I doubt anything has changed. It is likely that they went home early since it is well below freezing (6°F) or they were shortstaffed. I wouldn't want to be the only one working an evening rush or at all, either. My first thought was that someone is unconscious inside, so I hope that isn't the case. I just wished they turned off the lights and music if they had just decided to close early. There was a sign on the door facing the interior that read as a reminder to whomever was closing to turn off the lights, so this might be an ongoing issue with someone."

"Tried to add tots to my order within seconds and was told it would have to be a separate ticket. Then, I pushed the cash button when choosing a way to pay. The server had to go back for change when I provided change."
