"Went in on 01/02/24 for my lunch break. Was told to pull around front while they “made it fresh” i waited outside for 20 mins before the brought my food out only to find out my burger was RAW! I call the restaraunt the apologise and say to come in at my convenience for a comped meal. Today for my lunch break on 01/03/24 i go back get their spiel about “well those are made to order so ill make it myself and if you could pull to the front door ill bring it out myself as well” i wait THIRTY MINUTES and then have to go into the building myself to get the food after watching several customers come and go in that time and its not like they are busy too busy either! When i go in the guy had just started putting my burger together!! I get back to work open it up and its almost fully burnt!! Im not a picky person or a hateful one but i want my food to be the normal amount of cooked!! I go there often for lunch for myself and my coworkers and i definitely wont be back! ("

"I have been coming to this particular Burger King for many years because I live right around the corner. But so sad to say this place is the worst Burger King because they do not care about the customers the only person who works here that has ever been considerate and making sure that the order is accurate is a lady who works the morning shift by the name of Jessi. However nobody else has ever been kind enough to actually get the order right . I always have to either go back and get the rest of the order or I have to fix it when I get home with what I have at home. It is very disappointing. Then last night was the worst time I've ever spent at Burger King. I placed an order shortly after 11:00 p.m. and the place does not close till midnight. When I arrived at 11:10 the man, going by the name Rodney, says to me 'we're closed' but yet the sign says they don't close till midnight and the app says they don't close till midnight, but this guy insisted for 10 minutes that they're closed . They were not closed and he's lying. None of the Burger Kings in this area close at 11:00 they all close at midnight. And when I spoke to him again this morning he gave me the same ridiculous lies that he gave me last night. Well, Rodney. You've lost a customer. I've been coming to this place for years but I will never come back to it again for now on I will be going to a different store. I do understand that store hours fluctuate. But at this time all the BK restaurants in the area do not close til midnight and that includes yours. December 29, 2023"

"Not a bad place to eat. It's nice change from other fast food restaurants. Food was prepared quickly, the restaurant and restrooms were clean. Employees were friendly enough so I would recommend it as an alternative to other fast food burger chains."

"The woman charged me $13 on my card and the asked me for $5 cash. She also was on the phone while helping me cancelled my order and then retook it because she was confused. The store stink a lot of pot holes in the parking lot. The fries were cold the nuggets was the only thing cooked fresh."
