"I come here all the time and have great service but today is the only day that I've had anything negative here. I walked in at about 7:47pm the guy working tells me he has alot of stuff to do before he closes at 8 so he's not helping me. It wouldn't have taken 5 minutes to make my order. I understand there are closing duties but anywhere I've worked we had to do them after we closed, and still had to take care of customers til close. Just kinda rubbed me wrong."

"Service took ages, not because of the employee however. Whoever is handling the schedule is an idiot. There was one new employee there during the lunch rush doing her best. She was kind and I cannot blame her for whoever is handling the schedule. Probably a manager who isn't doing a good enough job. Perhaps someone called out but in such cases the manager should jump in and help out. Took 40 mins for an online order that should have been 15."

"The place was kinda busy when I was there but the lady making sandwiches was extremely fast and good at her job. She kept the line flowing smoothly. Sadly the guy behind the register didn't bother to help her when the line got 6 people deep but you know how it is- good help is hard to find-. I know I'll be going back there some day soon for another sandwich. Even with all their fancy sandwiches I believe the cold cut is still the best."
