"My family liked the food. The cleanliness can be improved. Men's bathroom was dirty. The entry door has issues. Overall the atmosphere felt unclean and messy."

"Went through the drive through during lunch and NO ONE was behind us, lady taking order proceeds to tell me she can not take 2 orders, this has never been an issue before. After ordering she makes us pull up front again no one behind us. I ordered sauce with my chicken which was missing ON TOP of the extra mashed potatoes paid for and the biscuit in the meal? There was no one inside and mistakes happen but she was being careless and not checking the order prior to handing them to customers shouldn’t happen, especially when we waited 5-7 min for the order.. I go back on not once but twice to correct my order. Nice location but people like that really make it not worth it"

"I will admit KFC was my second choice for dinner tonight. After a significant wait-- with no line in front of me, my options were limited to crispy chicken, Pepsi and diet Pepsi, tea, and Dr. Pepper. 11 dollars later I waited for the #2 --3 pieces of over cooked, greasy chicken to be brougt out to my car. Each piece of chicken had an unpleasant texture- mushy. The sweet corn was warm but had no additional flavor and my tea had a clear "goopy" substance in the bottom of the cup. I would not have know this but for the straw was no match for the cup lid. I pulled the straw out to drink of the cup and made the discovery. Pictures attached. Yuck!!"

"KFC has really gone downhill the last few years. It’s no wonder Chick-Fil-A has apparently taken over market share. Ordered a pot pie at 5:30 in the evening, and 5hey were out. So I ordered tenders, and he had to see if 5hey had any. I sarcastically asked if they sold chicken at this location….. once I received my order, the tenders were WAY over cooked."

"THE BAD -placed an online order and food was ready 20 minutes past the pick-up time (I had a fairly small order of just the 8 piece meal). -dinning area was dirty with folks complaining about all the items they were out off in the drink/condiment area -went in the bathroom and walked right back out (maybe not the staffs fault but it was GROSS) THE GOOD -my order was correct and tasted as expected -all the staff I saw were very nice and all seemed busy so not sure if they are short-staffed or just need a better system to get things out during a weekday dinner rush. THE RANDOM -the parking lot is awful the get in and out of especially during heavy traffic hours. I think this area and particular restaurant are just outdated and in need of some TLC."
