"Made a mobile order to pick up in store. The lobby was already closed before 9. Had to knock on the drive through window to ask an employee about order but was initially ignored by a different employee. They were out of everything and couldn’t give a refund. What they were able to serve wasn’t made correctly. Very disappointed in service today"
"Store hours list dine-in closing at 10pm and drive-thru open until midnight. Went by tonight at around 10:15 and got the recorded store closed message from drive-thru speaker. I like BK, but this location is constantly dead. Perhaps that's why they're closing early. Not sure if it's a permanent thing or not."

"You'll get the food you pay for and how you want it... 90% of the time. It's a coin flip to tell how long or short you'll be waiting for food. Cleanliness is mediocre at best, friendliness is above average. I guess it's what you expect out of fast food"
