"Great Vet to work with that doesn't beat around the bush with what needs to happen for the best life of my animals."
"My Pyreness pup got hit on the highway on a Saturday and I called but of course they were closed. So, I called his “EMERGENCY” number; which he did not answer my out of state NM #….. my daughter calls with her Kansas number and he answers. I tell him what I think the problem is; broken leg at the joint where the hip bone meets the femur…. He says he doesn’t want to open her up because there will be to much blood. Cuz he will have to pin the joint…… and he said all this without an xray and going off what I said on the phone…. For all I know it’s dislocated… Said to give it some asprin and bring it in on Monday!!!! Now I have a crying pup that cant walk in a crate for the rest of the weekend. No offer to stabalize the leg or anything…. Pain meds…. Nothing…. This vet is awfull; and the way he talked to me on the phone; good thing it wasn’t in person….. WORTHLESS IN MY OPINION.."
"Worst place ever dirty smells bad and theve killed more than one of my dogs there I've lost a puppy because of them and recently I lost my Maltese took him in to get surgery guy did a crazy job on him sent him home without a cone saying o he won't scratch also asked for antibiotics to make sure he didn't get infection he said he don't need it I trusted him by now my dog got a really bad infection to the point were he was gushing puss and blood he was tooken in more than once to get checked because he didn't look good all he said was he will be fine until finally he was taken in one last time because he couldn't eat anymore finally he gives him antibiotics and he ruffly proceeded to drain the infected area por dog went into shock because of that and passed away the next day so try spending forth of July having your dog passes away . Worst experience ever don't trust him any more he's to old to do the job. The pic was the day he finally gave him the antibiotics he was really bad"
"Brought my little dog here after being attacked by two pits. Not only were they affordable, they were very nice and eased my mind. They sedated him, bathed him and stitched him up and kept him over night. I had called several vets before calling them, next time I will call them first."
"brought my cat here on a sunday for an emergency because his mouth was full of blood. he told me that he had a broken mandible and would give him a shot for pain and call me the next day with an update. he said that the side of his jaw was shattered and his tongue and gum was cut. he was hoping that it would heal in 6 weeks to 2 months on its own. when i picked him up he was still covered in blood. i asked if he had any x-rays and he said “there was nothing to take an x-ray of”. my cat was also scratching at his mouth and i was worried that we would take off the sutures on his tongue. i asked if he needed a cone and he said that he didn’t. he also gave me no pain medication just a syringe to feed him with. i was worried so i took him to a vet in liberal where they showed us how his jaw was completely unaligned and a huge piece of bone sticking through his gum which was infected causing him to have a fever. he told us that we would need a major surgery done and a feeding tube. i’m in disbelief that he never took x-rays and said it was shattered even though there was an obvious piece of infected bone sticking out. i’ve heard of numerous people who’s pets have been misdiagnosed. would never come here again"
