"Do not add extras at this Taco Bell. I have asked for cheese sauce about 7 times on my chicken enchilada burrito and not received it one single time. When I brought this up to management, I was told the melted cheese( if you look at ingredients comes standard) was the cheese sauce I ordered. Stay away from this Taco Bell."

"I placed an online mobile order at 1am. I got to the window and I was told they are only doing Uber eats and DoorDash orders. I told the lady that the app said they were open until 4am. She said “no we are closing at 2”. You don’t just get to make up your own rules. We came into town for a concert and had ZERO other food options to eat. This completely ruined our night. We didn’t get any food after our concert. I will be calling the store manager or corporate to talk about this. If your hours say you are open until 4am, you should be open until then. That is ridiculous to trap someone in a drive thru for 30 minutes to tell them no, we decided we don’t want to do our job anymore. Shame on you guys. Wish I could give a ZERO star review. You are telling me you can’t make my order unless I order through a third party app? Ridiculous. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"No contact service and just weird vibe. Staff in office eating food while we order then we have to wait to get our cups. Strange unfriendly behavior that demonstrates how automotive service has no place in the food industry."

"I hardly ever leave reviews. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains. That being said, this place is an absolute dumpster fire. The service wasn’t the best, albeit not the absolute worst. But that coupled with the fact that our order didn’t come out right, there was a taco thrown into the bag without being wrapped with anything, so lettuce, cheese, and all kinds of ground beef and broken taco shell was everywhere in the bag. Not a SINGLE item was even close to the sort of quality you should expect paying 20 bucks for a few tacos and a quesadilla with a couple side items. I was raised to not waste food. I was made to sit at the table until I finished my plate even if I didn’t like it. I threw more than half of the bag away. This location should be closed tomorrow and sent packing."
