"I’m not sure if the owner doesn’t care about their staff. But I live like 2 mins away from them and every visit I make it’s almost like they don’t get what they need. I always have to wait like 15 mins for drinks or a breakfast burrito one time was not even rolled in the foil. It was thrown in with no cheese! I always tip I worked for Sonic couple years ago so they must not be getting treated right or something. Do better management!!!"
"I paid for 4 number 5's and they didn't put the bacon on the burgers, no garlic, and no butter. It just tastes plain like the other burgers. I am paying for what Sonic advertised on the number 5 and I didn't get what was advertised"
"Always slow when I come here. Waited 27 minutes for a drink and others got their order before me even though I was there way longer. They seem like they need to have more staff on during busy times. Management needs to step up. The car hops are working hard I’m sure."
"Paulette is great. Her speaking voice is clear. She gave me options which made the good meal great!. This area is busy. But Paulette and the staff had it under control. Most customers were women. Some menu items had to be explained as the menu kiosk was not clear. I think Sonic should offer a chicken sandwich for breakfast. And I was very sorry to learn the Pancake Dog is no more because it was novel and tasty and I think regionally sourced."
"When I came to the Sonic I feel like I was back in slavery days. I went there Friday night June 23rd about 9:00 9:00 9:30ish there was a Caucasian girl I believe which was a supervisor there was a black girl which was tryna help but had no clue what happened sorry but everybody was scared of the Caucasian girl the supervisor. the crazy part is the doordash on the right of my car I had her food. Food was nasty and dry. Small amount of chili and cheese on tots. Grilled cheese sandwich was bad bacon hard. Reorder large tot and it was bad"
