"What is supposed to be a 24/7 location in the Lobby and Drive-Thru, isn't here. I went to get some breakfast before work, went to enter the lobby at 7am, the worker locked the door right as I was about to enter. Fine, cool, go through the Drive-Thru. When I approached the speaker I was met with an attitude and misdirection on where to "pull around and wait for order" I get that it is early and that it's Daylight Savings and you're busy, but customer service matters because we are all just trying to make it. Maybe a little more courtesy would go a long way at this location. The other young woman with gorgeous blonde hair at the Drive Thru window was just so sweet. Maybe do a re-elect on your employees and keep the snippy ones in the back."
"Midnight drive thru no real atmosphere. Good menu and nice folks taking and handing out orders. Accurate and timely even with a complicated order. Good tasting well prepared breakfast sandwich for myself and burger combo with special condiments for my companion."
"I came to this location at 3 am and they said their tacos were frozen. Came back hourssssss later and guess what still frozen. I order tiny loaded tacos and got regular and then I asked for taco sauce not once but twice and still got nun!"
"The food is great, they gave me regular bread instead of the sourdough once and that was annoying, along with them somehow running out of croissant's. I usually eat from the breakfast menu as the one time I tried a burger it was filled with cartilage or bone or something. Kept spitting out little pieces of inedible material. There is a large homeless population outside and that makes anything except the drive through a risk. I don't think there's anything they can do about it either which is unfortunate. I usually ride a Escooter and since they have an airlock door set I can leave it in between the doors and feel relatively comfortable about leaving it there. I have to constantly look at it though or I feel like I'll lose it."
"Good food. They serve breakfast but not early. We went at 7:15am and they said they weren't open yet, so I'm not sure what time they start serving."
