"Okay so the employees here do not know how to talk to customers. My family was sitting in the Drive-Thru for about 10 minutes and there was not anybody in front of me but there was five cars behind me. I tried to get to hold of them through the speaker but no one would. So I took it upon myself to pull up to the window. When I did the manager with a attitude came over there and told me to never do that again. I apologized and I said sorry but you have to remember I was sitting there for 15 minutes with no response. So when I got the food I should have checked it. Because when I got home I was missing a full order a crazy bread a thin crust pizza. I also asked if they could put the garlic and Parmesan around the crust. Day instead gave me a regular hot and ready pepperoni pizza instead of the thin crust pizza I asked for and I got charged for everything even for the things I did not get. This is not the first time. That's the only reason I am reviewing this now because it's been every time I went something is wrong or I get disrespected for no reason. And the food I ordered was hard and stale very disappointing. also when I turn back around to get why I got on the speaker I heard them say the white guys are here again . So I sensed a little bit of racism at this place I prefer go to another Little Caesars."

"The service is very disappointing here. I made a pick up order and was told to give them 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later and the customer service was very poor. I told the clerk I had a pick up order which she ignored me for a moment then asked what I needed. I told her my name and she gave me my total, and I paid for my food. After I gave her my money she tells me the oder is still not ready but my reason for being upset is the fact that she didn't just tell me that when I asked her why it wasn't ready after 20 mins she rolled her eyes at me and just threw out a pizza. This is very poor service and I honestly felt very discriminated at the time. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know and anyone else who is considering just go to a different one because these little kids who are serving are rude and entitled!!!! 0/5 stars for me."

"The good customer service has been consistent. Lobby is always clean. The areas that I can see in the back/kitchen , needs a little work on presentation. Of course it gets a little messy and hectic in the work place. But I saw pizza sauce being prepared, and it was not very appealing. I am a low level germaphobe, so perhaps I'm being too particular. My Wife and I rarely eat out. But due to contractors that perform at a snails pace, we've been forced to eat away from home more in the last 9 days than we have in the last 5-7 years. Good food (for "fast food")."

"Pizza was not bad at all. For the price this pizza is really good. The service was fast also. Kids love little ceasar. The parking lot is clean and well maintained. The inside looks clean too. Please don't forget to like share and follow for more honest reviews. Thank you so much!"
